David Easton commented: ‘Quite an endorsement from Umesh, after starting my career as an engineering apprentice some 30 years ago. My early career suffered at the hands of poor leadership. I therefore decided not to follow in those footsteps. Now, as a Chartered Engineer, I lead by example, teams of up to 125 professionals.
